I LOVE Shallows! Any time I need a pick-me-up or a full self-reinvention I will go to Shallows. It is always so relaxed, so accepting, so wonderfully different to every other salon. Julia is a gorgeous lash tech. Jark is a nails wizard. My finger tattoos are by the beautiful Abbie. I can't wait to try out the other offers there.
